Login to WebCenter
In the verification mail you received a shortcut link for logging in into your private tenant. You may share the link with your collegues or manually enter the tenant name in the "Login" page linked in our navigation on the top.

Only if the login to the WebCenter was successfull and your account has been activated properly you should got to the next step and download the native App from AppStore or Google Play for your device.
